Radisson Collection Hotel, Berlin

Upgraded room, lovely staff, and late check-out until 4:30 pm were accommodating. Enjoyed the view of the aquarium from the clean, comfy room with good bed and shower. Concierge was helpful, and breakfast was diverse with unique fish tank feature.

This hotel is the definition of luxury with exclusive amenities and excellent service. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were a perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. the spa centre provided top-notch massage and beauty treatments. the room advantages were impressive, with a comfortable bed and stunning views from the balcony. the restaurant served delicious food with a varied menu while the bar/lounge area was perfect for relaxing with a drink.

The outdoor dining area was limited, and the packed lunches were not as flavorful as expected. the staff made up for this minor issue with their exceptional service, always ensuring our needs were fulfilled.

I came here for 2 nights and had a good stay. The hotel was an enjoyable base for enjoying an interesting area, near many important places in the former east Germany and the river and landmarks. I was met by hospitable and knowledgeable staff at the lobby.

The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful. The lobby's aquarium added a relaxing touch to the overall experience.

Spacious room with great river view and balcony. Comfy bed, nice complimentary water and pillow spray. Enjoyable breakfast with fresh fruits, cheese, meats, and pastries.

The hotel was cool and fairly clean, had exceptional views on your balcony for sunset. The staff were more than helpful, everyone was welcoming and polite.

We enjoyed the hotel's great transportation options, with the underground station just a short walk away, making it easy to explore this city's various sights. the hotel's location next to a Christmas market was a huge bonus. the hotel facilities were great, and the cleanliness was excellent. Staff were always friendly and accommodating.

The hotel lobby is fine with the excellent aquarium. The bed and bathroom were nicely decorated and clean. The location is fantastic, right next to famous attractions and the public transportation is easily accessible.

The room was smaller than expected. The breakfast setup was confusing, it wasn't clear that there was an egg station in the restaurant.
